Capital Wizard is a personal and organizational financial management platform that allows users to track payments, manage assets, monitor budgets, and collaborate with team members. The Service is provided as a web application and mobile application.

3. Account Registration

To use Capital Wizard, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide a valid email address
• Create a secure password or authenticate via a supported provider (e.g., Google)
• Provide accurate and complete information

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without authorization

5. User Content & Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Capital Wizard, including payments, assets, contacts, and organization settings. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you enter. Capital Wizard does not verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy of any user-provided information.

6. Organizations & Team Access

When you create an organization and invite members, you grant those members access to the organization's shared data according to their assigned role (Owner, Admin, Member, or Viewer). You are responsible for managing member access and permissions within your organizations.

Organization owners may remove members at any time. Removed members will immediately lose access to the organization's data.

7. Financial Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the accuracy of currency conversion rates, asset valuations, or any calculated metrics displayed within the Service. Always consult a qualified financial professional for financial advice.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Capital Wizard available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

9. Pricing & Payments

Capital Wizard is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription plans in the future. If we do, we will provide advance notice and existing free functionality will remain accessible. No charges will be applied without your explicit consent.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a security risk to other users. We will provide notice before termination when reasonably possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capital Wizard and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or financial losses resulting from reliance on the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (or zero if the Service was free).

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

13. Changes to These Terms
