Is my banking data safe?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and imports are read-only — we never hold credentials that could move money. You can export everything and delete your account at any time, and deletion means deletion. The long version is on the security page.
What exactly is a "space"?
A space is one set of books: its own accounts, categories, currencies and people. Most users run a personal space and a business space. They stay separate unless you deliberately consolidate them.
Which banks can I import from?
Any bank that lets you export a statement — CSV, XLS or PDF. Column mapping is set once per bank and reused. For anything else there's the open API, webhooks and the Telegram bot.
Can I use it for both personal and business money?
That's the point. One login, separate spaces, and a switcher in the sidebar. Personal net worth stays out of the company P&L unless you ask for a combined view.
What happens after the six free months?
Nothing automatic. We'll ask. If you continue it's $5/month for your personal space, $2 for each extra space and $1 for each person you've invited — the full breakdown is on the pricing page. If you don't, your data stays exportable.
Do you support multiple currencies?
Every account holds its own currency; totals are converted with stored historical rates so last year's numbers don't change when today's rate moves.
